• Your Gmail name, email address and profile photo — collected only when you sign in with Google
• Your daily usage count — stored in your own browser to track free analyses
• Your resume content — sent to our AI engine for analysis only, never saved by us
• Your target role, experience level, geography and job description — used for AI context only, never saved

2. What We Do NOT Collect

• We do not store your resume on any database or server — ever
• We do not store your job description or any input you type into the form
• We do not collect your phone number, home address or any financial details
• We do not track your browsing history or behaviour outside this website
• We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking purposes
• We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with any third party

3. How Your Resume Is Processed

When you click Analyze, your resume is converted to a secure format in your browser and sent over HTTPS to our backend server. From there it is forwarded to an AI analysis engine hosted on servers in the United States. The AI reads your resume, generates the analysis score and feedback, and sends the result back to your browser. The resume exists only in memory during this process and is discarded immediately after the result is returned. It is never written to any disk, database or file storage at any point.

The AI engine we use does not use API data to train its models by default. Your resume will not be used to train any AI system.

4. Google Sign-In

We use Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0) for authentication. When you sign in with Google we receive only your name, email address and profile photo. We do not receive your Google password, contacts, Gmail messages, Drive files or any other Google account data. Your Google account remains fully under your control at all times. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.

5. Payments

All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor. We never see, receive or store your card number, UPI ID, net banking credentials or any payment details. All payment data is handled entirely on Razorpay's secure servers. In the event of a dispute or refund request, please contact us at the email address below.

6. Data Security

• All data is transmitted using HTTPS — fully encrypted in transit at all times
• API requests are routed through a secure backend proxy — your resume never touches third-party scripts in your browser directly
• We do not maintain any database of user resumes or personal information
• Your usage count is stored only in your own browser's localStorage on your own device
• We do not log or record the contents of any resume submitted for analysis

7. Third Party Services

• AI Analysis Engine — for resume analysis. Data processed per their API privacy terms. Not used for model training.
• Google Sign-In — for authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy
• Razorpay — for payments. Subject to Razorpay's Privacy Policy at razorpay.com/privacy
• Google AdSense — for advertising. May place cookies for ad personalisation per Google's Ad Policy
• Vercel — for website hosting. Subject to Vercel's Privacy Policy at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy

8. AI Results Disclaimer

All scores, feedback and recommendations provided by ResumeStrength are generated by artificial intelligence and are advisory in nature only. They do not constitute professional career advice. ResumeStrength makes no guarantee that following the AI suggestions will result in job offers, interviews or any specific career outcome. Always use your own judgement and consider consulting a qualified career professional for important decisions.

9. Children's Privacy

ResumeStrength is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are under 18 please do not use this service.

10. Your Rights

• You can sign out at any time using the Sign Out button in the header
• You can clear your local usage data by clearing your browser's localStorage
• Since we do not store your data on our servers there is nothing to delete on request from our end
• You can revoke Google Sign-In access from your Google account settings at any time
